Customer should share the images of the product damaged (or) submit valid reason for returning the product.

All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product.
Original Invoice should be returned with the product.Product should reach us in sellable condition.

On receipt of delivery, if it is noticed that the external packing is damaged or tampered with, we recommend not to accept the package and raise a complaint with us immediately. We shall handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier partner.
In such an event, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will reprocess the order.
