Cancellation and Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused items with tags within 05 days of delivery.
• Return policy is applicable only for Outerwear products like Leggings, Shorts, Pants & T-Shirts and not for Innerwear products (eg: Brief, Trunk & Vests)
• You can initiate the returns by logging into your KARELEX account.
• Cancellation & Return policy are applicable for product(s) purchased only from www.KARELEX.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
• Customer should share the images of the product damaged (or) submit valid reason for returning the product.
• Customer should return the product only after the approval from KARELEX customer care.
• Product should be unused and unwashed. No returns / replacements on Innerwears.
• There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product caused by the customer.
• All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product.
• Original Invoice should be returned with the product.
• Product should reach us in sellable condition.
• Product sold during consumer promotion / freebies are not returnable.

• Please mention the Return Id on the packet.
• Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
• Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

Damage Of External Packaging

• On receipt of delivery, if it is noticed that the external packing is damaged or tampered with, we recommend not to accept the package and raise a complaint with us immediately. We shall handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier partner.
• In such an event, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will reprocess the order.
